I Have Never Left

 It's a story of the deceased little marbled polecat who said goodbye to the past and started a new life in the afterlife.

I drew this story because of a sudden passing of a family member last summer.

I remembered him raising his glass to wish me a success in my studies, but I was informed of his death the next day.

​

I hope to capture my grief and longing with these paintings and texts, I also believe that our beloved ones have never truly left us.
